How does one go about studying the psalter as a whole? After all, this book is simply a collection of individual and unrelated poems, songs, and hymns used by Israel in worship. Or, is there an overarching theme and structure to these psalms that should guide our understanding of God and His work with His people throughout history?

As we dive deeply into the Book of Psalms, we will wrestle with ideas of blessing and curse, joy and lament, peace and suffering, righteousness and wickedness, praise and petition, faithfulness and unfaithfulness. Our time will be full, as we walk through the Word together.
