Craig Parro

President

Since joining Leadership Resources International in 1989, Craig directed its international ministry, and as of January 2010, he now serves as President. A graduate of TEDS (M.A., Mission), Craig is a stimulating teacher and has equipped and encouraged pastors and churches throughout the U.S., Latin America and Asia. Craig also serves on the Board of Directors of TOPIC (Trainers of Pastors International Coalition), an association of pastoral training organizations focused on accelerating pastoral training worldwide. Craig has authored articles appearing in several magazines. His first book, Unlikely Warriors, was published in 1992. He is also co-author of Finishing Well in Life and Ministry.

Bill Mills

Founder

Bill Mills is one of the founders of Leadership Resources International. His ministry began in youth work, where God gave him a heart for encouraging young people by teaching them the Bible. That same vision has remained through the development of our church conferences, pastoral training, and work with missions. Bill's passion is still to bring the encouragement of the Scriptures to God's people in order to equip them for ministry, and God has graciously allowed him to fulfill that passion through many hundreds of conferences throughout the world. Bill studied at North Park College, Northern Baptist Seminary, Luther Rice Seminary, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Two of Bill's great joys are sharing this work with his life partner, Karen, and fishing with his two sons, Peter and Joel.

Todd Kelly

International Director

Todd oversees the direction of all of Leadership Resources' pastoral training venues around the world as well as LRI's staff of international directors and teachers. Todd came to Leadership Resources in 2002, after 15 years of pastoral ministry in churches in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Illinois. Todd brought his appreciation for expository preaching and a conviction of the life-giving power of God's Word to his task of shaping Leadership Resources' curriculum early on. Since then, he has encouraged and equipped pastors in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and has played a key role in forming crucial partnerships with other missions organizations in our common effort of training national pastors. Todd enjoys spending time with his family and catching King Salmon in the Kenai River of Alaska.

Tim Sattler

International Training Director

Tim's greatest passion in ministry is for the exposition of God's word with application from His heart for the church and the lost. He enjoys leading, equipping, and encouraging other pastors in their ministry of the Word. Tim provides strategic direction and training for our staff of international trainers and curriculum writers, and oversees the implementation of pastoral training around the world.

George Bowater

Managing  Director

George comes to us from a 32-year career in the power industry working for an Architect-Engineering firm in Chicago and the local electric utility. With his analytical background and passion for our ministry, he brings a commitment to help Leadership Resources grow. George provides full-time attention to daily operations and fundraising. As a long time member Moraine Valley Church, he has served in many leadership roles and has a commitment to see the Gospel message preached worldwide.
