Money. It’s not the only thing and it’s not the most important thing. But it is important. As a staff, we constantly seek the Lord to provide Leadership Resources’ financial needs so that we might equip more pastors more effectively to the glory of God.
The Lord provides most of our funding through the generous gifts of friends (new and old) and churches. Every gift is important, regardless of the size. We’d be so grateful if the Lord enabled you to partner with us in this way.

Overseas Pastor Training Projects
Training National Trainers is our international arm and the focus of our ministry We have several TNT pastor-training groups around the world that need funding. Check out Where We Work for more details on these TNT groups. Click here to donate.
Staff Support
Staff Support is another area of our ministry worthy of your investment. The dedicated members of our LRI team are critical to our mission. We are a “faith mission” which means that each staff member is required to raise funds for their full salary and a portion of their benefits. A number of our staff struggle to raise enough support. Insufficient funds results in short paychecks. You could really encourage one of our staff today! Click here to sponsor a staff member.
Global Ministry Center Support
It’s not very glamorous to support the expenses of our facility and other administrative costs. But we consider it a noble donation. Happily, we have no debt and we operate frugally – we watch our pennies. But the reality is that we still need to pay for our utilities, insurance, office equipment, building maintenance and so forth. This fund also directly helps our staff by covering some staff benefits, thus relieving our staff of that burden. Click here to donate to the Leadership Resources general fund.

Accountability
We're serious about financial accountability and transparency, "we aim at what is honorable not only in the Lord's sight but also in the sight of man." 2 Cor. 8:21. God blesses our ministry through partners like you, and we treasure the trust you place in us. We've partnered with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) to provide you with the highest levels of financial accountability and transparency.
