A.
Possible Schedule
Format
We adjust our ministry to the
format most effective for your church.
We generally need four teaching
sessions about one hour each, along
with time for breaks and announcements.
Our most popular teaching formats
are:
Friday evening and Saturday morning
Saturday morning and
afternoon
Sunday only, 1st session during
sermon time
*A
note worth considering: when you
schedule one of Bill's conferences on
the Sunday or Sunday/Monday schedule,
Bill would be available to teach the
conference on God's
Protection from Burnout to your
area pastors on that Monday as a gift
of encouragement from our ministry to
them.
B.
Conference
Finances
We ask that your church cover all
or part of the travel expenses (we
generally schedule two conferences on a
given weekend). In addition, there is a
registration fee of $15 per person, $25
per couple or $40 per family. This
covers the publicity materials that we
prepare for you and the conference
books for those who attend. We also ask
that an offering plate be placed in the
back of the meeting room for gifts
toward one of our future ministry
projects to pastors, church leaders or
missionaries overseas.

Bill Mills' Conferences
Bill
Mills is one of the founders of
Leadership Resources International. His
ministry began in youth work where God
gave Him a heart for encouraging young
people by teaching them the Bible. That
same vision has remained through the
development of our church conferences,
pastoral training and work with
missions. Bill's passion is still to
bring the encouragement of the
Scriptures to God's people in order to
equip them for ministry, and God has
graciously allowed him to fulfill that
passion through many hundreds of
conferences throughout the world. Bill
studied at North Park College, Northern
Baptist Seminary, Luther Rice Seminary
and Trinity Evangelical Divinity
School. Two of Bill's great joys are
sharing this work with his life
partner, Karen, and fishing with his
two sons Peter and Joel.

Here we contrast the growing
individualism of our culture with the
"one another" mindset of the Church.
The major theme is our relationships
and the glory of the Church, how God is
revealing Himself to the world and the
angels through our love and
unity.

Marnie Carlson's
Conferences:
For
most of her life, Marnie has lived near
Chicago where she enjoyed a close
relationship with Leadership Resources
International since its early days. She
has taught and mentored women for
twenty years and is presently a women's
conference teacher and author of The
Path of Joy. Marnie's
verse-by-verse teaching helps women
grasp the richness of God's Word and
practically apply it to their lives in
fresh ways. As one woman said, "She has
a perfect blend of teaching
tools-Scripture, illustrations,
applications, warnings, and
personalizations all mixed with
sincerity." Marnie and her husband Dean
are the parents of two grown children,
Aaron and Whitney.

Todd Kelly's
Conference:
Todd
is the newest member of our teaching
staff. He joined our team on November
1, 2002. He was born into a pastor's
home and grew up in the greater Detroit
area. Early on, he set his sights on a
career in classical music. In time,
however, God changed his heart and gave
him a greater desire for pastoral
ministry. He received formal training
from Moody Bible Institute, University
of Michigan and Westminster Theological
Seminary, and was mentored by his
father throughout. He has served
churches in Pennsylvania, Michigan and
Illinois, and presently resides in
Wheaton with his wife, Sue, and their
three children, Mahrena, Victoria and
Sergei.

This
is a course designed to build skill and
confidence in the teacher of God's
Word. In order to be better proclaimers
of the Bible, we must first become
better listeners. This conference will
help you train your Sunday school
teachers, small group and cell church
leaders, as well as your youth workers,
in their various ministries of teaching
the Scriptures.
5.
Bill Molinari's
Conference:
After
spending over 20 years in the business
world and being an active board member
at LRI, Bill became our Executive
Director in March of 2003. Prior to
LRI, Bill was President of VanKampen
Funds for many years and served on a
number of business boards, including
the Investment Company Institute and
the College for Financial Planning.
Bill has a heart for missions and the
local church and serves, or has served,
on the boards of the Slavic Gospel
Association, Grace to You, Pioneers,
APOYO, and the Fox Valley Bible Church.
In his current capacity, he manages the
day-to-day operations of Leadership
Resources International.
The
Heart of a
Leader
This
is a conference for church boards,
leaders and teachers. Bill looks at the
character qualities of a leader, how
God develops those qualities in our
lives and how they are lived out among
one another and transferred from
generation to
generation.
